What areas do you serve?

We work primarily in the Lower Mainland. The areas we serve include Vancouver, Burnaby, West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Port Moody, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, Langley, Abbotsford, Mission, Chilliwack, White Rock, Squamish, Harrison Hot Springs.

What's your turnaround time?

Standard turnaround time for photos is 24 hours. During busy periods and peak season we may ask to extend that to 48 hours. For more complex services, please allow up to 72 hours.

Do you charge travel fees?

Additional travel fees apply to the following regions: West Vancouver, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, Langley, Abbotsford, Mission, Chilliwack, White Rock, Squamish, Harrison Hot Springs.

What's your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot may be subject to a cancellation fee.

How should the property be prepared before the shoot?

Accepted Answer

To get the best results, the property should be cleaned and fully prepared before we arrive. All personal items, garbage bins, cords, small appliances, pet items, and visible clutter should be removed. Beds should be neatly made, lights working, and blinds adjusted for consistency.
